• *About the Role**

We are looking for a hands\-on IT Support Executive to manage IT support across our Head Office and retail stores. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, networking, POS, and CCTV issues while ensuring smooth functioning of our retail IT infrastructure.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide IT support for laptops, desktops, printers, Windows systems, Wi\-Fi, and network connectivity.
• Troubleshoot retail POS issues and coordinate with the **Ginesys ERP/POS support team** for system errors, configuration, and ticket resolution.
• Monitor and coordinate resolution of CCTV, DVR/NVR, and IP camera\-related issues.
• Support IT setup for new store launches, including POS, computers, networking, and CCTV.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, installations, replacements, and maintenance.
• Maintain IT asset records, issue trackers, support tickets, and monthly IT MIS reports.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and minimize IT/POS downtime across locations.
• Support system updates, antivirus protection, access controls, and basic IT security checks.

• *Qualifications :**

• 2–5 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or retail IT operations.
• Hands\-on knowledge of Windows systems, hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking.
• Experience with retail POS systems; **Ginesys ERP/POS knowledge will be an advantage**.
• Basic understanding of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR, and IP cameras.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and vendor coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to stores whenever required.

• *What we’re looking for:**

Candidates with experience in retail, D2C, warehouse, or multi\-location business environments will be preferred. The ideal candidate should be proactive, solution\-oriented, and capable of managing multiple technical issues independently.

Pay: From ₹25,000\.00 per month
