Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound IT Support Executive to handle day\-to\-day IT\-related activities and provide technical assistance to employees. Candidates with basic computer knowledge and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply. Both freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic technical support to employees for computer hardware and software\-related issues.
• Install, configure and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic Windows operating system and application\-related problems.
• Assist in LAN, Wi\-Fi and internet connectivity troubleshooting.
• Provide basic support for routers, switches, keyboards, mice, printers and other peripherals.
• Maintain IT equipment records and update inventory.
• Assist with software installation, updates, antivirus and system maintenance.
• Provide technical support for office systems and call centre operations.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the senior IT team or service provider.
• Ensure proper functioning of computers and IT infrastructure.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computers, hardware and software.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and MS Office.
• Basic understanding of computer troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of LAN, Wi\-Fi and internet connectivity.
• Basic knowledge of printers, scanners and other computer peripherals.
• Good communication and problem\-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and IT support procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

• **Freshers:** Candidates with basic computer knowledge and a genuine interest in IT support are encouraged to apply.
• **Experienced Candidates:** 1–2 years of experience in IT support, desktop support or hardware and networking will be preferred.
• Minimum qualification: 10\+2 / Graduate / Diploma in Computer Hardware, IT or a related field.

• Responsible, punctual and proactive.
• Able to handle basic technical issues independently.
• Patient and helpful when assisting employees.
• Comfortable working in an office or call centre environment.
