IT \& TECHNICAL SERVICES COORDINATOR

Location: Kannur \| Supporting multiple centres

We are looking for a practical, resourceful person to coordinate our daily IT and technical service needs.

Key responsibilities

• Computers, hardware, software and basic troubleshooting
• Networking, Wi\-Fi and internet connectivity
• Printers, scanners, accessories and workstations
• PACS/RIS, image transfer and radiology workstations
• MRI, CT, ultrasound and other equipment service coordination
• Vendor follow\-up, AMC/CMC and preventive maintenance
• Purchasing, quotations, warranties and renewals
• Asset records, service history and issue tracking
• CCTV, attendance systems, UPS and digital\-media requirements
• Basic user access, backups and coordination of technical support

What we’re looking for

\* Working knowledge of computers, hardware, software and basic networking

\* Good communication, organisation and follow\-up skills

\* Willingness to learn, take ownership and travel between centres

\* IT / Hardware / Networking / Electronics qualification preferred

\* Hospital or diagnostic\-centre experience is an advantage

You will have support from vendors, service engineers and local technicians. You don’t need to repair everything yourself—but you should take responsibility for arranging the right support and following the issue through to resolution.
