Budget: Upto 32k CTC

Key Skills

• Provide on\-site and remote technical support to end\-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop\-related issues, including operating system errors, application problems, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.).
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and other end\-user devices.
• Set up and maintain user accounts, email, and other IT\-related services.
• Assist with software installations, updates, and patches.
• Support the deployment and setup of new hardware and software systems.
• Ensure that all systems are running up\-to\-date antivirus and security software.
• Manage and maintain asset inventory (hardware and software).
• Assist with network troubleshooting, ensuring network connectivity issues are resolved efficiently.
• Provide training and guidance to end\-users on IT policies and procedures.
• Document all support activities and incidents in the helpdesk system, ensuring accurate records and timely follow\-ups.
• Collaborate with senior support engineers and other IT staff to address complex technical issues.

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux).
• Understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business applications.
• Familiarity with remote desktop software and helpdesk tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹32,000\.00 per month
