job Description (JD) – IT Executive / IT Support Engineer (Construction Company)

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Executive to manage and support the company's IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networks, and site\-level IT operations. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of all IT systems across project sites and offices while providing timely technical support to employees.

Key Responsibilities

1\. IT Infrastructure Management:\-Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi networks, and internet connectivity.Manage servers, data storage systems, and backups.Ensure proper functioning of CCTV, biometric attendance, and access control systems.

2\. Technical Support:\-Provide first\-level and second\-level technical support to employees.Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and email\-related issues.Resolve user complaints and maintain IT service records.

3\. Software \& System Administration:\-Install and update operating systems, antivirus software, and business applications.Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.Support ERP, payroll, attendance, and project management software used by the company.

4\. Data Security \& Backup:\-Implement data backup and recovery procedures.Ensure cybersecurity measures are followed.Monitor antivirus and firewall systems.Maintain confidentiality and security of company data.

5\. Site IT Support:\-Visit project sites to provide IT support as required.Ensure connectivity between Head Office and project locations.Support site teams with IT equipment setup and maintenance.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• *5\-7 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a construction or infrastructure company.**

• *Knowledge of Windows OS, Networking, Microsoft Office 365, Printers, CCTV, and Biometric Systems, Tender, LC/BG Other Operation/Admin work.**

Basic knowledge of servers, cloud services, and cybersecurity.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
