Apply now! **Academy for Cloud Delivery** The Academy for Cloud Delivery is a development program designed for early\-career talent. **What You’ll Do** As an Academy for Cloud Delivery Associate, you’ll take part in an 8–12\-month immersive learning journey designed to build technical, functional, and professional skills through hands\-on training, global certifications, and real\-world experience across leading cloud platforms. Throughout the program, you will: * Participate in a structured 8–12\-month learn\-and\-apply program, which includes a classroom phase, and a practical hands\-on phase designed to prepare you with the role\-specific skills and certifications needed to succeed in Cloud Delivery. * Learn from SAP experts on: * SAP technologies (Basis, ABAP, HANA, OS, DB, etc.) * Cloud platforms (SAP Data Centers, AWS, Azure, GCP) * Enterprise solutions and customer success practices From day one, you’ll be a full\-time SAP employee, collaborating in a dynamic, customer\-focused environment that values curiosity, communication, collaboration, and continuous learning. Some roles will include shift work and may require working on weekends and/or public holidays as determined by project needs. You will not be required to work night shifts. You’ll develop hands\-on skills in cloud delivery, problem\-solving, escalation management, and project delivery, gaining exposure to global projects and innovation initiatives \- including AI\-driven transformation.
