Job Description

We are looking for passionate and experienced IT Trainers to deliver high\-quality technical training across various IT domains. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring students and aspiring IT professionals to become industry\-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver technical training in relevant IT domains through practical, hands\-on sessions.

Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, assignments, and project\-based learning activities.

Explain complex technical concepts in a simple and effective manner.

Guide students in developing real\-time projects and implementing industry best practices.

Assess students’ technical skills through assignments, assessments, coding exercises, and project evaluations.

Mentor students on technical problem\-solving, interview preparation, and career development.

Keep training content updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Collaborate with the training and placement teams to enhance students’ technical competencies and employability.

Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.

Technical Domains

We welcome applications from experienced trainers in one or more of the following domains:

AI \& Generative AI: Prompt Engineering, LLMs and related technologies.

Data Engineering: Python, Apache Spark, Snowflake, ETL/ELT and related tools.

Cloud \& DevOps: AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, Docker and Kubernetes.

Full Stack Development: Java, .NET, MERN Stack, Angular and related technologies.

Data Analytics: SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python and related tools.

Software Testing: Manual Testing, Selenium, Automation Testing and API Testing.

Other IT Technologies: Candidates with expertise in relevant emerging or established IT technologies are also welcome.

Proven experience in IT training, technical mentoring, or relevant industry experience.

Strong practical knowledge of at least one of the specified technical domains.

Excellent communication, presentation, and student engagement skills.

Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and deliver practical demonstrations.

Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and mentoring abilities.

Willingness to continuously learn and update technical knowledge.
