### **Role Overview**

We are looking for an experienced **Lead Software Engineer – Java / Full Stack** to lead software development activities and contribute to the design, development, deployment, and management of scalable applications in cloud environments.

The role involves translating business requirements into effective technical solutions, building secure and maintainable systems, driving cloud\-native application development, and providing technical guidance and mentoring to team members.

### **Key Responsibilities**

• Lead the **design, development, testing, and deployment** of software applications.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Architect and implement **scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable systems**.
• Develop, deploy, and manage applications in **cloud environments**.
• Identify optimal solutions and build scalable and efficient **cloud\-native applications**.
• Develop strategies for the cost\-effective delivery of reliable and scalable systems.
• Assess existing implementations, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.

• Analyse existing application and IT services portfolios.
• Develop approaches for **migration, transformation, and automation**.

• Create thought leadership around technical solutions.
• Communicate technical ideas clearly through written documentation and diagrams.
