Role: Java Backend Developer

Key Skills Required

✅ Java amp; Spring Boot Microservices

✅ Apache Kafka – Producers, Consumers amp; Consumer Groups

✅ MySQL – Queries, Transactions amp; Performance Optimization

✅ Docker, Kubernetes amp; Helm Charts

✅ REST APIs, OpenAPI amp; Swagger

✅ JWT, OAuth2 amp; Authentication

✅ CI/CD – Jenkins, GitLab CI or ArgoCD

✅ Firebase/FCM Push Notifications

✅ Git amp; Agile/Scrum Methodology

Key Responsibilities

▪ Own and maintain assigned backend microservices.

▪ Develop scalable, high\-performance REST APIs.

▪ Integrate Kafka pipelines and external systems.

▪ Manage Kubernetes deployments and Helm configurations.

▪ Troubleshoot production issues and support L3/L4 escalations.

▪ Perform code reviews, write automated tests, and maintain technical documentation.

▪ Collaborate with the team on architecture, performance improvements, and best practices.

Good to Have: Spring Cloud, Hashi Corp Vault, Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger/Zipkin, JUnit 5, Mockito, Test containers, and Telecom BSS/OSS domain experience.
