Job Summary

We are looking for a Java Backend Developer with hands\-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Apache Kafka, multithreading, and search technologies. The candidate will develop scalable, high\-performance backend services in a distributed, event\-driven architecture.

Key Responsibilities

\- Develop and maintain Java\-based backend applications using Core Java and Spring Boot.

\- Build and integrate microservices in distributed architectures.

\- Implement event\-driven processing using Apache Kafka, including producers, consumers, topics, partitions, consumer groups, and offset management.

\- Manage concurrent task execution using Java ExecutorService, thread pools, synchronization, and concurrent data structures.

\- Implement search and indexing functionality using Apache Lucene or Apache Solr.

\- Develop REST APIs and work with gRPC/Protobuf for service communication.

\- Work with MySQL/PostgreSQL, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate, and Redis.

\- Write unit/integration tests, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.

\- Use Git, Maven, Docker, logging, and monitoring tools for development and maintenance.

Required Skills

\- 1–2\+ years of hands\-on Java backend development experience.

\- Strong Core Java, OOP, Collections, Streams, Lambdas, and exception handling.

\- Practical experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices/distributed architecture.

\- Mandatory hands\-on experience with Apache Kafka.

\- Mandatory experience with ExecutorService, thread pools, multithreading, and concurrency management.

\- Experience with Apache Lucene or Apache Solr for search and indexing.

\- Working knowledge of JPA/Hibernate, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and Redis.

\- Understanding of thread safety, synchronization, debugging, and performance optimization.

\- Familiarity with gRPC/Protobuf, Spring Cloud, Docker, WebSocket/STOMP, Prometheus/Grafana, and distributed messaging reliability is an advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹450,000\.00 per year
