Java Engineer

• *Role Overview**

We are looking for an experienced **Java Engineer** to design, develop, and optimize enterprise\-scale Supply Chain Management systems, including **Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Supplier Management, and Goods Listing platforms**. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Java, distributed systems, system design, and modern AI technologies, with the ability to contribute to both technical architecture and business outcomes.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Supply Chain Management applications including WMS, Supplier Management, and Goods Listing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to supply chain and finance applications while ensuring high system availability.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Operations teams, and cross\-functional stakeholders to deliver high\-impact business solutions.
• Participate in technical architecture, domain modeling, system decomposition, and scalable solution design.
• Build high\-performance backend services using Java and distributed system principles.
• Continuously improve platform reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Evaluate and integrate AI/LLM\-powered capabilities into supply chain workflows where applicable.
• Communicate technical solutions effectively with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in Java, AI, distributed computing, and enterprise architecture.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3\+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Object\-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
• Experience designing enterprise backend applications and RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of UNIX/Linux environments.
• Experience with relational databases and distributed databases.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, scalability, consistency models, and system architecture.
• Experience in domain\-driven design, module decomposition, and extensible system development.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• *Preferred Experience**

• Experience in Retail, E\-commerce, or Supply Chain domains.
• Hands\-on experience with:
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Supplier Management
• Procurement
• Inventory Management
• Replenishment
• Goods Listing Platforms
• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms and distributed application deployment.

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000\.00 per year
