Role Overview
As a Full Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient enterprise applications for digital banking and financial services platforms. You will work across modern Java backend services and React frontend applications, building high\-quality user experiences and business\-critical systems.
You will collaborate with architects, product owners, QA engineers, and business stakeholders while contributing to the complete software development lifecycle. The role also involves mentoring junior developers and driving engineering best practices.

Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience implementing automated testing frameworks and quality assurance practices. Familiarity with secure coding standards and application security principles. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Experience with Domain\-Driven Design (DDD). Knowledge of Event Sourcing and CQRS patterns. Experience with Apache Kafka or other messaging/streaming platforms. Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Familiarity with SonarQube, code quality gates, and feature flag frameworks. Experience with enterprise integration platforms. Background in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech applications.
