Role Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable Java Full Stack Trainer to mentor college students through an intensive, hands\-on campus training program. You will be responsible for delivering a structured, project\-based curriculum that prepares students for industry roles in web development.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver daily training sessions covering Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.

Teach foundational and advanced front\-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Guide students through the development of end\-to\-end web applications and database integration.

Conduct technical assessments, review student code, and provide actionable feedback.

Manage classroom engagement, clear technical doubts, and track batch performance.

Requirements

B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or equivalent degree in Computer Science or IT.

Strong practical coding experience in Java full\-stack development.

Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Willingness to deploy to the partner campus in Odisha for the program duration starting November 5th.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹1,650,000\.00 per month
