Java Groovy Developer

We are looking for a Groovy Developer with 3\+ years of experience in software application development and support, including at least 1 year of experience in the container terminal, shipping, or logistics industry. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain backend applications using Groovy and related technologies. • Design, build, and support REST APIs and microservices\-based applications. • Collaborate with frontend teams working on React, Angular, or Blazor frameworks. • Develop scalable backend services and support database integration, caching, session management, and file handling. • Implement tariff matrix and data management functionalities, including PDF and Excel export features. • Work with Nginx, Docker, Kubernetes/Swarm, and CI/CD pipelines for deployment and application management. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana. • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, architecture planning, and production support activities. Required Skills • Design and consumption of REST APIs • Experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework for building REST microservices • Familiarity with Node.js (Express / Fastify) or Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django) as complementary backend technologies • Hands\-on experience with Docker; knowledge of Docker Swarm or Kubernetes for deployment and scaling • Familiarity with React, TypeScript, Angular, or Blazor and with component\-based UI architecture and design systems • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases • Working knowledge of Redis for caching and session management • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deploy workflows; familiarity with DevOps best practices and modern pipeline tooling (e.g. GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent) • Experience with API Gateway tools such as Nginx (routing, authentication) • Exposure to Prometheus and Grafana is a plus

Pay: ₹700,000\.00 \- ₹1,300,000\.00 per year
