Java / JBoss Integration Support Engineers

• *Role:** Production Support Engineer – Java \& Enterprise Integration

• *Experience:** Preferably 4–8 years of relevant experience, with strong hands\-on Java application support and JBoss middleware troubleshooting. Adjust the range based on the role level.

• *Mandatory technical skills**

• Strong Core Java and J2EE fundamentals.
• Hands\-on experience with JBoss EAP or WildFly application servers.
• Experience troubleshooting production applications, deployments, JVM issues, thread dumps, heap dumps and application logs.
• Strong Linux/Unix commands and SQL; Oracle experience preferred.
• Experience with production incident management, root cause analysis and SLA\-driven support.
• Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XML and application connectivity.

• *Preferred integration skills**

• IBM MQ or another enterprise messaging platform.
• SFTP, file transfer, batch processing and file\-based integrations.
• EDI, AS2/AS3, Axway B2Bi, IBM ITXA or Sterling Integrator.
• Monitoring tools such as Dynatrace or Nagios.
• Experience supporting enterprise integration platforms with multiple upstream and downstream systems.

• *Target candidate profile**

Candidates should be able to independently investigate production failures across Java applications, JBoss, messaging, file transfers, databases and infrastructure. We need hands\-on troubleshooters who can identify root causes, restore service, and implement preventive fixes—not candidates whose experience is limited to ticket routing or monitoring dashboards.
