*Role Overview**
We are looking for an experienced Java Leads with 9\-13 Years of hands\-on expertise in building scalable, high\-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate should be strong in Java, microservices architecture, and API development.
*Key Responsibilities**
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java \& Spring Boot
Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Collaborate with frontend teams, DevOps, and product managers
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code
Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing applications
Implement security and data protection practices
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
*Required Skills \& Qualifications**
5–8 years of experience in backend development
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework
Experience with microservices architecture
Hands\-on experience with REST APIs and web services
Knowledge of databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Understanding of messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ is a plus)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred)
*Preferred Skills**
Experience with Docker \& Kubernetes
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Exposure to distributed systems and caching (Redis)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
