You will be responsible for developing high\-performance backend applications and microservices for telecom network management platforms. Working closely with architects, product owners, QA teams, and operations teams, you will deliver secure, scalable, and resilient solutions that support network monitoring, fault management, performance management, and service assurance functions.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using **Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices** architecture.
• Build REST APIs and backend services for **Telecom NMS/EMS and OSS platforms** .
• Develop event\-driven applications using **Apache Kafka** for real\-time data processing and network analytics.
• Participate in architecture discussions, solution design, and technical reviews.
• Integrate applications with network elements, inventory systems, OSS platforms, and third\-party telecom applications.
• Develop solutions supporting fault, performance, configuration, and network management functions.
• Implement cloud\-native, secure, highly available, and scalable services.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive performance improvements.
• Contribute to CI/CD implementation, automated testing, deployment, and operational support.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

### **Mandatory Skills**

• Strong experience in **Core Java (Java 8/11/17\+)**
• Hands\-on expertise in **Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security**
• Experience with **Microservices Architecture** and REST API development
• Strong knowledge of **Apache Kafka** and event\-driven architectures
• Experience with **Telecom NMS/EMS platforms** and network management systems
• Understanding of **OSS/BSS architecture** and telecom operations
• Knowledge of networking technologies and telecom protocols
• Experience with **Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL**
• Hands\-on experience with **Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift**
• Experience with **Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Maven, Gradle, and Git**

### **Preferred Skills**

• Exposure to telecom network monitoring and service assurance platforms
• Experience with cloud platforms such as **AWS, Azure, or GCP**
• Knowledge of SDN/NFV and Network Automation concepts
• Understanding of DevOps and Agile delivery methodologies
• Exposure to observability and monitoring tools
