Hiring: Java Solution Architect We are looking for an experienced Java Solution Architect with strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high\-performance enterprise applications. Requirements: \* 12–15 years of experience in Java application development and architecture. \* Strong hands\-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. \* Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. \* Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines. \* Strong understanding of system design, scalability, performance, and security. \* Ability to lead technical teams and provide architectural guidance. \* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities: \* Design and develop enterprise\-level application architectures. \* Lead technical discussions and architecture reviews. \* Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams. \* Ensure best practices in software design, security, and performance. \* Mentor development teams and support project delivery.
