• *Job Overview**

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java / Spring Boot Backend Engineer to provide hands\-on technical support for an ongoing software engineering and cloud platform project.

The role involves designing microservices and event\-driven architectures, building and scaling high\-concurrent systems, optimizing performance, and integrating messaging queues and in\-memory caches like Redis.

The engagement requires approximately 2 hours of support per day, with the possibility of extending working hours depending on project requirements.

This is not a full\-time employment opportunity. We are specifically seeking professionals with practical, hands\-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud/DevOps practices who can provide technical guidance and resolve complex architecture\-related challenges.

• *Key Skills Required**

• **Core Java \& Spring Boot:** Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, SOLID principles, and clean, maintainable code architecture.
• **Architecture Design:** Solid expertise in microservices architecture, event\-driven systems, multi\-threading, and memory management.
• **Caching \& Event Storage:** Hands\-on experience with Redis and event storage mechanisms for high\-throughput performance.
• **Messaging \& Middleware:** Working knowledge of messaging queues to enable asynchronous processing and scalable systems.
• **DevOps \& Cloud:** Familiarity with DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and Azure cloud environments.
• **Algorithms \& Optimization:** Strong problem\-solving skills utilizing Data Structures, Algorithms, and Test\-Driven Development (TDD).

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, build, and optimize backend microservices and event\-driven architectures based on project requirements.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and well\-tested Java code adhering to SOLID principles and TDD practices.
• Implement performance optimization, memory management, and multi\-threading solutions for high\-concurrent systems.
• Configure and manage Redis caches, event storage mechanisms, and messaging queues.
• Support DevOps efforts, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes on Azure.
• Troubleshoot configuration, performance bottlenecks, and system reliability issues.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, architecture patterns, and technical guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and project stakeholders within an Agile development framework.

• *Required Experience**

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Hands\-on experience developing, scaling, and maintaining Java and Spring Boot applications.
• Practical experience with microservices, event\-driven architectures, and messaging queues.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Redis, multi\-threading, memory management, and system performance tuning.
• Experience with TDD, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows (Azure exposure is a plus).
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills within Agile teams.
• Ability to work independently and provide remote technical support.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
