Java Tech Lead

We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead with 7\+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and leading enterprise\-grade Java applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical leadership skills, hands\-on development experience, and the ability to guide teams in delivering high\-quality software solutions.

• *Role: Java Tech Lead**

• *Location: Mumbai**

• *Experience: Above 7 plus**

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• · Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java\-based applications.
• · Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• · Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project managers to define technical solutions.
• · Review code, ensure adherence to coding standards, and drive best practices.
• · Design scalable, secure, and high\-performance applications.
• · Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision\-making.
• · Manage application performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support.
• · Drive Agile/Scrum practices and ensure timely project delivery.
• · Conduct technical assessments, effort estimations, and risk analysis.

• *Required Skills:**

• · Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8/11/17
• · Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
• · Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture
• · RESTful APIs and Web Services development
• · Experience with Hibernate/JPA
• · Messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, JMS
• · Database experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server
• · Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• · Strong understanding of design patterns and system architecture
• · CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD
• · Docker and Kubernetes experience
