Role: Java Tech Lead

Experience Required:6\-12 Years

Must Have

• Strong proficiency in Java and Springboot technologies.

• Strong proficiency in Core Java

• Knowledge of RESTful and web services.

• Familiarity with front\-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Boot Strap, JQUERY.

• Proficient in SQL and database technologies (MySQL).

• Excellent problem\-solving and analytical skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

1\. Develop, test, and maintain high\-quality Java/ Springboot applications.

2\. Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

3\. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing applications.

4\. Create development estimates and meet the timelines

5\. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.

6\. Write and maintain technical documentation.

7\. Guide junior developers
