Role: JDE Finance Functional Consultant \- SME

Skill: Finance and Accounts

Experience: 8 to 12 years

Location: TCS Noida

Shift Timing: AU/NZ time zone and client operating hours

Education

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full\-time education (10 \+ 2 \+ 3\)
• Non\-technical graduation and/or masters in finance \& accounts stream \- B.Com, M.Com or CA Inter
• Bachelor's/Master's in Finance \& Accounting or equivalent with ERP certification / proficient

Must Have

• ERP Application Knowledge
• Problem Solving \& Analytical Skills
• Communication \& Stakeholder Management
• End‑to‑end understanding of business flows (P2P/O2C/R2R)
• Minimum two full\-cycle JDE project implementations with strong expertise in EnterpriseOne.
• Experience in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets modules.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and map business requirements to JDE solutions.
• Prepare AS\-IS and TO\-BE documentation.
• Define functional and technical specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent customer interaction and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Global Delivery Model (Onsite/Offshore).
• Good\-to\-Have:
• Experience in Contract Billing and Service Billing modules.

Good\-to\-Have

• Understanding how modules interact (e.g., Finance, etc.)
• Ability to troubleshoot issues beyond your core module
• Consulting experience with multiple E1 implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s/CA preferred
• Experience in IT Service Management tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.)
• Strong stakeholder communication and customer\-centric mindset.
