Jewellery Floor Manager

We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to manage the day\-to\-day operations of a jewellery retail showroom. **The candidate must have 3–5 years of compulsory work experience in the jewellery industry,** with a strong understanding of jewellery sales, customer handling, and showroom operations. Responsibilities include managing and guiding the sales team, monitoring daily sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, handling customer queries and escalations, maintaining showroom standards, managing inventory and stock, and coordinating daily floor activities. The candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and sales skills, along with the ability to achieve business targets and maintain customer relationships. **Candidates with prior experience in a jewellery showroom are mandatory.**

Pay: ₹45,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
