We are looking for an experienced Jewellery Production Manager to manage daily production of 925 silver and gold jewellery. The candidate will supervise craftsmen, maintain quality standards, manage production schedules, and ensure timely order completion.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage daily jewellery manufacturing operations.
• Supervise craftsmen, including setters, polishers, and fillers.
• Monitor production quality, finishing, and wastage.
• Plan production schedules and meet delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate with CAD, quality control, and sales teams.
• Maintain production records and improve workflow efficiency.

• *Requirements:**

• Experience in gold and silver jewellery manufacturing.
• Strong team management and problem\-solving skills.
• Knowledge of casting, setting, polishing, and finishing processes.
• Ability to manage production targets and maintain high\-quality standards.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
