• Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and budget.
• Explain product features, quality, pricing, certifications, and care instructions.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment transactions accurately.
• Maintain attractive product displays.
• Manage stock, conduct inventory checks, and report discrepancies.
• Assist with product promotional activities.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Follow company policies regarding security, inventory handling, and customer service.
