Core Responsibilities
- **Customer Engagement:** Welcome customers, assess their requirements, and guide them through selecting the perfect gold, diamond, or precious stone jewellery.
- **Product Knowledge:** Educate buyers on product quality, certifications (e.g., hallmarking), pricing, and proper jewellery care.
- **Sales \& Targets:** Actively work to achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets.
- **Store \& Stock Management:** Assist with daily inventory counts, properly arrange showcase displays, and maintain strict loss prevention and safety protocols.
- **Customer Service \& Admin:** Process payments, manage billing documentation, and coordinate with internal teams for services like resizing, cleaning, and repairs.
- **Marketing \& Exhibitions:** Support promotional events, assist the marketing team with exhibitions, and build long\-term client relationships through regular follow\-ups. \[1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
