We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Jewellery Sales Executive to join our showroom team in Dwarka.

Key Responsibilities

\- Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery.

\- Handle walk\-in customers and provide personalised shopping experiences.

\- Demonstrate strong product knowledge, including jewellery designs, purity, gemstones, and hallmarking.

\- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

\- Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

\- Handle customer enquiries, follow\-ups, and sales conversions.

\- Maintain product displays, inventory coordination, and showroom presentation.

\- Support daily showroom operations and ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

\- 3–7 years of experience in jewellery retail sales.

\- Strong communication, interpersonal, and selling skills.

\- Good knowledge of gold, diamond, and silver jewellery.

\- Ability to handle premium customers professionally.

\- Target\-oriented, presentable, responsible, and customer\-focused.

\- Experience in reputed jewellery showrooms will be preferred.
