We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented E\-commerce Marketplace Executive to manage and grow our online presence across major marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, catalog management, order processing, inventory updates, promotions, and marketplace performance optimization to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management
- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, images, specifications, and keywords.
- Ensure all product information is updated and compliant with marketplace guidelines.
- Monitor account health and resolve listing\-related issues.
Catalog \& Inventory Management
- Upload new products and maintain product catalogs.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Ensure inventory synchronization across multiple sales channels.
- Manage SKU creation and product categorization.
Order Processing \& Customer Support
- Monitor daily orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for dispatches.
- Handle customer queries, returns, cancellations, and claims.
- Maintain high seller ratings and customer satisfaction scores.
Sales \& Performance Optimization
- Analyze marketplace sales data and prepare performance reports.
- Optimize product listings using SEO\-friendly titles, descriptions, and keywords.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
- Implement strategies to improve product visibility and conversion rates.
Advertising \& Promotions
- Manage Amazon Sponsored Ads and Flipkart Advertising campaigns.
- Plan and execute promotional offers, discounts, and festive sales campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to increase brand visibility.
Reporting \& Analytics
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor KPIs such as revenue, conversion rate, return rate, and account health.
- Identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.
Required Skills
- Experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Knowledge of product listing optimization and marketplace SEO.
- Understanding of online sales, inventory management, and order processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with e\-commerce tools and ERP systems is an advantage
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
