• *Job Summary**

The **Senior Software Engineer** is responsible for supporting, configuring, enhancing, and maintaining Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions with a primary focus on SharePoint Online. This role partners with business stakeholders and technical teams to implement and support modern SharePoint capabilities, process automation, search solutions, integrations, and AI\-enabled productivity tools. The ideal candidate has strong SharePoint administration experience, hands\-on development skills, and a passion for delivering effective business solutions.

• *Essential Duties**

### **1\. SharePoint Solution Development and Administration**

Configure, develop, unit test, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions, including SharePoint Framework components, sites, permissions, content management capabilities, and PnP Modern Search implementations. Develop PowerShell automation to support administration, maintenance, and operational efficiencies. Ensure solutions are reusable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational standards.

### **2\. Solution Analysis, Enhancements, and Support**

Analyze existing SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions to identify improvement opportunities and address business requirements. Implement enhancements, change requests, and configuration updates. Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root\-cause analysis, and support ongoing platform optimization.

### **3\. Power Platform, Automation, and AI Solutions**

Develop, configure, test, and maintain business solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot AI agents. Support workflow automation, AI\-enabled productivity improvements, and integrations with SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 services.

### **4\. Cross\-Functional Collaboration and Delivery Support**

Collaborate with business stakeholders, project team members, quality assurance resources, and technical teams to support solution delivery. Assist with effort estimation, testing, deployment, issue resolution, and project status. Identify and communicate solution risks, dependencies, and support requirements.

### **5\. Requirements Validation and Integration Development**

Review, validate, and interpret business, functional, and non\-functional requirements. Develop and support integrations using APIs and related technologies. Work with business analysts and business contacts to ensure solutions meet operational requirements and user needs.

### **6\. Other Duties as Assigned**

Maintain technical and operational documentation, support governance and compliance activities, participate in knowledge sharing, evaluate relevant Microsoft 365 capabilities, and perform other duties as assigned.

### **EDUCATION**

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

### **EXPERIENCE**

• 5\+ years of SharePoint Online administration and development experience.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint administration, permissions, governance, patterns, and site configuration.
• Hands\-on experience with:

+ SharePoint Framework (SPFx)

+ PowerShell scripting and automation

+ PnP Modern Search

+ Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

+ Copilot AI Agent development

+ API integrations using JSON

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms and business applications.
• Strong problem\-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

### **TECHNICAL SKILLS**

• General SharePoint administration knowledge, including site collection support, permissions, lists, libraries, pages, and content management.
• SharePoint Framework development and customization.
• PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration, automation, and support activities.
• PnP Modern Search configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related integrations.
• Copilot AI agent development, configuration, and integration within Microsoft 365 solutions.
• API and front\-end integration skills, including JSON, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

### **PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS (helpful, but not required)**

• Experience with Microsoft Graph API and Azure services.
• Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or SharePoint certifications.
• Experience supporting enterprise collaboration and content management platforms.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, source control, and release management processes.
