Job Description

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic **Content Creator \& Graphic Designer** to join our team in Nashik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging short\-form video content, shooting and editing reels, and designing marketing materials for our educational institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
• Create professional graphics for social media, advertisements, banners, posters, and marketing campaigns.
• Capture classroom activities, student success stories, events, and institute highlights.
• Edit videos with captions, transitions, effects, and brand elements.
• Generate creative content ideas aligned with current social media trends.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content strategies.

Requirements

• Own smartphone with a good\-quality camera for video shooting.
• Own laptop for graphic design and video editing work.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software.
• Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Filmora, or equivalent.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and short\-form content creation.
• Strong creativity, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work from the office in Nashik.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in content creation, reel production, graphic design, or social media marketing.
• Portfolio showcasing reels, videos, graphic designs, or social media content.
• Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.

Compensation

Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
