Job Responsibilities

\* Visit dealers, distributors, hardware stores, plywood shops, architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders to generate sales.

\* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

\* Promote the company’s range of plywood, laminates, MDF, hardware, and related products.

\* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

\* Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

\* Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.

\* Ensure timely order collection and coordinate with the dispatch team for deliveries.

\* Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.

\* Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales activity updates to management.

\* Participate in product demonstrations, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.

Requirements

\* Graduate (preferred).

\* 1–3 years of field sales experience (experience in plywood, laminates and hardware.

\* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.

\* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

\* Valid two\-wheeler driving license and own vehicle preferred.

\* Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile reporting applications.
