Job Description

We are looking for a creative and result\-oriented **Video Editor \& Social Media Manager** to manage video editing, YouTube channel growth, and social media management across multiple platforms.

The main goal is to grow our YouTube channels, increase social media engagement, improve content reach, and generate more leads through organic content marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit YouTube long\-form videos, Shorts, Instagram Reels, and promotional videos.
• Manage and grow YouTube channels through engaging content and consistent publishing.
• Create attractive thumbnails, graphics, and social media creatives.
• Manage social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and schedule content across all social media platforms.
• Optimize video titles, descriptions, thumbnails, hashtags, and captions.
• Track views, watch time, audience retention, engagement, and subscriber growth.
• Develop strategies to increase organic reach, followers, subscribers, and leads.
• Repurpose long\-form videos into short\-form content for multiple platforms.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely publishing.
• Analyze content performance and continuously improve editing and content strategies.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, and thumbnail designing.
• Understanding of YouTube algorithms, Shorts, and social media trends.
• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube management.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
