We are hiring a skilled WordPress Backend Developer who can contribute beyond coding and take ownership of project understanding, execution, and coordination.
The role requires strong expertise in WordPress development along with a good understanding of project workflows, client communication, and delivery processes. You will work closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and high\-quality project execution.
✔ Understand client requirements and convert them into actionable development tasks
✔ Coordinate with developers to ensure timely project delivery
✔ Manage multiple WordPress projects and track progress effectively
✔ Ensure quality checks before final deployment
✔ Work on WordPress backend development, including PHP, MySQL, APIs, and integrations
✔ Support requirement analysis and assist in effort estimation when needed
✔ Maintain clear project updates and documentation
✔ Strong experience in WordPress backend development (1–3 years)
✔ Good understanding of hosting and deployment workflows
✔ Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
✔ Strong communication and problem\-solving skills
✔ Experience in client coordination or technical coordination is a plus
