Job Overview

Emilo Ventures is looking for a skilled and innovative **AI/ML Engineer** to build intelligent features for our next\-generation AI\-powered social networking platform. You will work on personalized content recommendations, AI\-powered content moderation, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and fraud detection to deliver engaging, secure, and scalable user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize recommendation systems for personalized content feeds.
• Build AI\-powered solutions to detect spam, harmful content, fake accounts, and fraudulent activities.
• Develop NLP models for sentiment analysis, content classification, and automated moderation.
• Implement computer vision models for image and video classification.
• Analyze large datasets to identify user behavior patterns and product insights.
• Deploy and maintain machine learning models through scalable, low\-latency APIs.
• Monitor model performance and improve accuracy through A/B testing and retraining.
• Collaborate with backend developers and product teams to integrate AI solutions.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit\-learn.
• Practical knowledge of recommendation systems, NLP, or computer vision.
• Understanding of deep learning architectures, including CNNs, RNNs, and Transformers.
• Experience deploying ML models using APIs and Docker; Kubernetes experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of model evaluation, monitoring, and MLOps practices.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark or Hadoop.
• Understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and explainable AI.
• Exposure to real\-time inference systems and large\-scale applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
