About the RoleWe are looking for a **Junior Architect with 2–4 years of experience** to join our growing team. This is a hands\-on role for someone who wants exposure beyond traditional architectural drawings. You will work across the full lifecycle of our redevelopment projects — from design development and consultant coordination to approvals, working drawings, and on\-site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. Design Development \& Coordination**

• Assist in developing architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, and design details.
• Review architectural drawings for functionality, constructability, and design consistency.
• Coordinate design development across architecture, structure, MEP, façade, landscape, and interiors.
• Identify design clashes and coordination issues before they reach the site.
• Maintain updated drawing sets and ensure all stakeholders are working with the latest revisions.
• Support the preparation of presentation drawings, design options, and material boards.

• *2\. Consultant Coordination**

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, façade, and other specialist consultants or agencies.
• Track consultant deliverables and ensure drawings are received according to project timelines.
• Review drawings across disciplines and highlight discrepancies or missing information.
• Maintain a structured Design Coordination / RFI Tracker and drive closure on open design issues.

• *3\. Site \& Execution Support**

• Visit project sites regularly to understand execution requirements and resolve design\-related queries.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.
• Review shop drawings, material samples, and mock\-ups prior to site execution.

What We’re Looking For

• **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• **Experience:** 2–4 years of professional experience, preferably with an architectural practice, real estate developer, or design consultancy.
• **Technical Skills:**
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction.
• High proficiency in **AutoCAD** is essential.
• Working knowledge of **SketchUp, Revit/BIM, Photoshop, and MS Office** is a strong advantage.
• **Regulatory Knowledge:** Understanding of **Mumbai DCPR 2034 / redevelopment regulations** is preferred.
• **Mindset \& Soft Skills:**
• Comfortable working closely with construction teams and spending time on project sites.
• Exceptional coordination, documentation, and follow\-up skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to spot errors or problems in drawings rather than simply reproduce them.

Pay: ₹500,000\.00 \- ₹800,000\.00 per year
