Jr. Digital Marketing Executive

Baked is a fast\-growing bakery and café brand known for delivering exceptional food experiences, innovative products, and outstanding customer service. We are looking for a creative and results\-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and drive customer engagement across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook \& Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital channels.
• Create engaging content for social media, website, email marketing, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage and grow Baked's social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews across digital platforms.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and content creators to develop marketing materials.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, leads, and ROI.
• Manage SEO activities to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
• Assist in launching new products, store openings, seasonal promotions, and special campaigns.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify new digital marketing opportunities.
• Maintain the company's online reputation and brand image.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO fundamentals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and make performance\-driven marketing decisions.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in the food, bakery, café, restaurant, or retail industry is an advantage.
