Jr. Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our Business Development department in Chennai. This role is crucial for driving online visibility, generating leads, and supporting business growth through effective digital marketing strategies and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies including keyword research and on\-page/off\-page optimization.
• Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and remarketing, to achieve business development objectives.
• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for organic and paid search growth.
• Run and optimize various digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Implement and manage marketing automation platforms to streamline lead generation and nurturing processes.
• Continuously optimize website performance for improved user experience, conversion rates, and search engine rankings.
• Develop and execute effective SEM strategies to maximize ROI on paid advertising efforts.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to align digital marketing efforts with sales goals.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Required Qualifications / Skills

• Education / Degree requirement: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional experience: 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, specifically with SEO and SEM.

Core technical / functional skills

• Strong proficiency in SEO best practices and tools.
• Hands\-on experience with Google Ads campaign management.
• Expertise in keyword research and competitive analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to run and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of website optimization techniques.
• Solid understanding of SEM strategies.
• Proficient in Google Analytics for data analysis and reporting.
