Jr. Digital Marketing Executive

PinTech Digital is a performance marketing agency that delivers quality leads to its clients. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to support our senior performance marketer in planning, running and optimising client campaigns.

• *Key responsibilities**

• Set up, run and monitor campaigns on **Meta Ads** and **Google Ads**.
• Assist the senior performance marketer with campaign strategy, audience targeting, budget tracking and optimisation.
• Track daily performance (leads, CPL, ROAS) and flag issues early.
• Prepare regular campaign reports for clients and the internal team.
• Coordinate with the creative and design team on ad creatives and copy.
• Support other digital marketing activities such as social media, landing page checks and lead quality follow\-up.

• *Requirements**

• 1\-2 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
• Hands\-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and take guidance from senior team members.
• Good communication and time management.
