- **Social Media \& Content Strategy:** Manage and grow our social media presence (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X) by creating engaging, platform\-specific content calendars.
- **SEO \& SEM Optimization:** Perform ongoing keyword research, optimize website content (on\-page and off\-page SEO), and manage paid search (Google Ads) campaigns to maximize ROI.
- **Email Marketing:** Design and implement automated email marketing workflows, newsletters, and lead\-nurturing campaigns using marketing automation tools.
- **Analytics \& Reporting:** Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as click\-through rates, conversion rates, and cost\-per\-acquisition using Google Analytics and other monitoring tools.
- **Website Management:** Collaborate with the design and development teams to maintain and update website content, landing pages, and user experience (UX) to improve overall conversion rates.
- **Market Research:** Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing tools to identify new opportunities for growth.
- *Qualifications \& Skills**
- **Experience:** 2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing role with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- **Key Tools \& Skills:**
- Strong working knowledge of **Google Analytics**, **Google Ads**, and social media management platforms.
- Hands\-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Familiarity with email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) and HTML/CSS is a plus.
- **Analytical Mindset:** Excellent data analysis capabilities with the ability to turn performance metrics into actionable marketing strategies.
- **Communication:** Strong copywriting, content creation, and verbal communication skills.
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
