Jr. Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and results\-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content creation, and website management to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Marketing

• Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
• Create and schedule engaging content, reels, stories, and campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.

Performance Marketing

• Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram Ads).
• Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and YouTube).
• Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI.

SEO \& Website Management

• Perform on\-page and off\-page SEO activities.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Update website content through WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics and Search Console.

Content Marketing

• Develop content ideas for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
• Coordinate with designers and video editors for marketing creatives.
• Write engaging captions, ad copies, and promotional content.

Lead Generation

• Execute lead generation campaigns through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and landing pages.
• Track leads and campaign conversions.
• Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.

Analytics \& Reporting

• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Suggest improvements based on data insights.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Familiarity with WordPress website management.
• Basic graphic design knowledge using Canva.
• Strong content writing and communication skills.
• Understanding of lead generation strategies.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Digital Marketing Certification is an added advantage.
• Experience with tools such as Canva, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
