Job Description

What We’re Looking For is 2\+ years of experience in graphic design or visual design

• Strong understanding of design fundamentals (layout, typography, color)

• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
• Ability to translate ideas into clear visual stories
• Attention to detail and consistency
• Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, collaborative environment
• Open to feedback and iterative design processes Nice to Have
• Experience designing for startups, B2B, or digital\-first brands
• Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing design
• Motion graphics or video\-editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
