Position: Junior HR Recruiter (Domestic Hiring)

Location: **Vadodara** (Onsite)

Shift: **Day Shift** \| 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST

Experience: **Freshers** Welcome

• *What You'll Do:**

Source candidates through job portals and social media

Screen profiles and conduct initial HR calls

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates

Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports

Ensure a smooth hiring experience for applicants

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR is an advantage

Strong organizational and coordination skills
