Jr. Hybrid Developer

Werq Labs seeks a Jr. Hybrid Developer to build and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Vite. You will develop and consume RESTful APIs with Node.js, manage application state using Redux, Zustand, or React Query, and ensure optimal performance and scalability across devices. Collaboration with designers, backend engineers, and product teams is key to delivering high-quality solutions. You are expected to write clean, efficient code, participate in code reviews, debug issues, and stay current with front-end and JavaScript ecosystem trends. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required. The role demands strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
