Jr. Indoor Sales Executive (Hardware Department)

• *Job Overview**

We are looking for a motivated Jr. Indoor Sales Executive for our Hardware Department to handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

• *Key Responsibilities**

 Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and other channels.

 Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices as required.

 Provide product information and pricing to customers.

 Coordinate with customers, the purchase team, and stores for order processing and delivery.

 Follow up on quotations, pending orders, and customer requirements.

 Maintain sales records and customer databases.

 Support the sales team in daily activities and customer relationship management.

• *Required Skills**

 1–2 years of experience in indoor sales, preferably in hardware, industrial products, or trading.

 Basic knowledge of hardware products and sales processes.

 Good communication, coordination, and follow\-up skills.

 Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, and email handling.

 Customer\-focused attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
