We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate **Account Executive** to join our high\-performing Sales team. If you're driven, strategic, and thrive in client\-facing roles, this is your chance to be part of a fast\-growing company that’s changing the digital landscape.
- *What will you do?**
As an Account Executive, you’ll be the bridge between the client and internal teams—building relationships, delivering solutions, and ensuring project success. Your key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- *Client Engagement \& Sales**
- Act as a point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct client meetings to understand their business goals and content needs.
- Present and pitch company services tailored to client requirements.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of deals.
- *Account Management**
- Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery and quality communication.
- Maintain long\-term relationships with key accounts for repeat business and upselling.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables.
- Address client concerns or feedback with professionalism and urgency.
- Document client briefs and share with internal teams clearly and systematically.
- *Execution \& Coordination**
- Support in creating strategic content plans based on client niche.
- Stay updated with industry trends including SEO, SMM, and content marketing.
- Ensure all client deliverables meet internal quality standards and deadlines.
- *What do we expect from you?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, digital strategy, or content\-related roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for digital marketing and content creation.
- A client\-first mindset with problem\-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross\-functional teams.
- A proactive and detail\-oriented approach to work.
