  • *What will you do?**

As an Account Executive, you’ll be the bridge between the client and internal teams—building relationships, delivering solutions, and ensuring project success. Your key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • *Client Engagement \& Sales**
  • Act as a point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand their business goals and content needs.
  • Present and pitch company services tailored to client requirements.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of deals.
  • *Account Management**
  • Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery and quality communication.
  • Maintain long\-term relationships with key accounts for repeat business and upselling.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables.
  • Address client concerns or feedback with professionalism and urgency.
  • Document client briefs and share with internal teams clearly and systematically.
  • *Execution \& Coordination**
  • Support in creating strategic content plans based on client niche.
  • Stay updated with industry trends including SEO, SMM, and content marketing.
  • Ensure all client deliverables meet internal quality standards and deadlines.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, digital strategy, or content\-related roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • A client\-first mindset with problem\-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross\-functional teams.
