• *Education: Any Bachelor Degree, With Basic Network Knowledge AND good English Speaking Knowledge, If Call center knowledge is there then Good.**

· Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills are needed in order to work successfully with customers in high stress and or ambiguous situations.

· Basic understanding of some of the following technologies Networking

Graduate degree, Good Communication Skills \& Good English Speaking Knowledge

• *Responsibilities: \-**

• Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
• Resolve customer’s issues via the telephone, email
• Reproducing issues in\-house and responding back in a timely manner.
• Escalate issues in a timely manner according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Focus on an area of technical specialization and attend technical trainings,
• Give the training to Jr. Engineers

• *Job Role: \-**

· Inbound and outbound calling good practices \& solutions

· Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

· Prepare accurate and timely reports

· Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention

· Ready to work in 24/7 working format

· Participate in technical communications within the Technical Support Team to share best practices and learn about new technologies.
