• Troubleshoot basic software, hardware, and IT\-related issues.
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Identify issues, resolve them within timelines, and escalate complex problems.
• Maintain issue logs, prepare reports, and follow up with customers.
• Assist with system installation, configuration, and remote support.

• *Requirements:**

• BCA, B.Sc. IT, BA, or a related qualification.
• Good communication and problem\-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers, software, and troubleshooting.
• Quick learner with a customer\-focused attitude.
