Junior Accountant

• *Job Purpose/Summary**As a Junior Accountant at Atyantik Technologies, you'll play a critical role in maintaining our financial health through meticulous management of invoices, cash flow, and daily financial operations. This position is instrumental in ensuring the accuracy of financial records, compliance with tax regulations, and efficient handling of client and internal financial transactions.

• *Key Responsibilities and Duties:**
• Prepare and send accurate client invoices; follow up on pending payments and record transactions.
• Manage petty cash and daily expenses; ensure alignment with budget guidelines.
• Maintain financial records and asset registers; coordinate with CA firms for GST/TDS compliance.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and support audits.
• Use accounting software to streamline processes and reporting.

• *Qualifications**

Education* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience* 0 \- 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, taxation, or related functions.

• Fresh graduates with a strong academic background are encouraged to apply.

• *Trainee Accountant Program**

Candidates with **no prior experience or less than 6 months of continuous professional accounting experience will be hired as Trainee Accountants for a 6\-month training period and receive a stipend as per company policy.**

During this period, trainees will gain hands\-on experience in invoicing, expense management, financial record maintenance, statutory compliance, and accounting systems.

Based on performance, learning progress, professionalism, and business requirements, trainees may be confirmed as Junior Accountants upon successful completion of the program**.** **Skills and Competencies:**
