Job Summary
We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive Accountant to support our Finance team by managing day\-to\-day accounting activities and coordinating with internal stakeholders, Company Secretary (CS), and Compliance Management Services (CMS) teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance requirements, and financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting \& Finance
Maintain books of accounts and accounting records accurately.
Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payments.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare monthly financial reports and management information reports (MIS).
Assist in month\-end and year\-end closing activities.
Maintain fixed asset registers and supporting documentation.
Compliance \& Coordination
Coordinate with the Company Secretary (CS) for statutory filings and compliance requirements.
Liaise with CMS and other external consultants for regulatory and compliance matters.
Assist in preparing documents required for audits, board meetings, and statutory filings.
Ensure timely submission of financial and compliance\-related information.
Taxation \& Statutory Matters
Support GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance activities.
Assist in preparing and maintaining records for tax filings and assessments.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Documentation \& Reporting
Maintain proper records of contracts, agreements, invoices, and financial documents.
Track compliance deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CA Inter / CMA Inter candidates will be preferred.
2–5 years of relevant accounting and compliance experience.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements.
Experience coordinating with CS, auditors, and compliance consultants.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, ERP systems, etc.).
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with startups, manufacturing, or technology companies.
Exposure to corporate compliance and secretarial matters.
Familiarity with ERP systems and financial controls.
Pay: Up to ₹400,000\.00 per year
