Junior Accounts Executive for Spartek Group

Role Overview
The Junior Accounts Executive will support the day\-to\-day accounting and
finance operations across group entities by assisting in bookkeeping, invoice
processing, banking coordination, statutory documentation, and MIS support.
The role requires strong numerical accuracy, willingness to learn, and the
ability to work in a dynamic multi\-company environment.
Key Responsibilities
1\. Accounting \& Bookkeeping
- Assist in maintaining books of accounts for multiple group companies
- Pass accounting entries in Tally/ERP systems
- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records accurately
- Support ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations
- Assist during month\-end and year\-end closing activities
2\. Accounts Payable \& Receivable Support
- Process vendor invoices and maintain payment records
- Track receivables and assist in payment follow\-ups
- Maintain proper documentation for invoices and approvals
- Prepare ageing reports and outstanding statements
3\. Banking \& Transaction Coordination
- Assist in preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
- Handle banking documentation and transaction follow\-ups
- Coordinate with banks for cheque deposits, RTGS/NEFT processing, and
account\-related activities
- Maintain records of bank transactions and statements
14\. Payroll \& Expense Assistance
- Support payroll data preparation and attendance verification
- Verify employee reimbursement claims and supporting documents
- Maintain payroll\-related files and records
5\. Taxation \& Compliance Support
- Assist in GST and TDS data preparation and filings
- Maintain records for statutory filings and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants for required information
- Organize invoices and financial documents for audits
6\. MIS \& Reporting Support
- Prepare basic MIS reports and Excel\-based summaries
- Update daily financial trackers and expense statements
- Assist in budgeting and financial data compilation
- Support management reporting requirements
7\. Audit \& Documentation
- Maintain organized financial documentation and filing systems
- Assist during internal and statutory audits
- Ensure records are audit\-ready and properly maintained
8\. Multi\-Company Accounting Support
- Assist in accounting activities across multiple group entities
- Support inter\-company transaction recording and reconciliation
- Maintain proper documentation for group transactions
9\. Process Coordination \& System Support
- Follow standard accounting procedures and internal controls
- Assist in ERP/accounting software updates and data management
- Identify operational gaps and support process improvements
2Key Requirements
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com preferred
- CMA Inter Cleared / CA Inter pursuing or cleared candidates will be
preferred
- Additional certifications in Tally, GST, or accounting software are an
advantage
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge and internship experience

- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software

3Compensation
- Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience,
qualification, and skillset)
